Scope of our work

What we do

  • We assess your site, scope and cost corridor and give you a Go/No-Go.

  • We prepare the manufacturer shortlist and the RFQ package, and compare the offers. You choose.

  • We coordinate design data, permits and site readiness.

  • We coordinate transport, installation and acceptances.

  • We prepare the handover of the finished building.

What we do not do

  • We are not the architect or structural engineer of record.

  • We are not the general contractor.

  • You sign the contracts with the manufacturer and the contractors yourself. We coordinate and control.

  • Documents that require professional sign-off are signed by persons holding the relevant building licences.

  • We coordinate schedules. We do not promise fixed dates, because delivery and installation depend on parties outside our control.
