Germany: more than 20 individual houses to a high energy standard, built together with partner timber-frame factories.

Germany: a three-storey serial modular residential building; airtightness test n50 = 0.52.

Netherlands: four private year-round houses of about 70 m², each made of two modules, and a seven-module building with 3 apartments for a care home.
Certification

Ü-Zeichen (U-mark) certification for timber house construction is in place. The first EH40 (KfW) three-storey residential modular house is built within a townhouse development.
