We coordinate the project on your side from the signed order to the handover of the building: design interfaces, site works, delivery, installation.
What we do
Coordinate design information between the architect, the manufacturer and the site team.
Prepare and monitor the site: access, foundation or slab, connections, readiness for delivery.
Coordinate transport, installation and the sequence of works.
Track milestones and acceptances and report to you regularly.
Prepare the handover of the finished building.
How we work with contracts
You sign the contracts with the manufacturer and contractors yourself. We coordinate and control. Documents requiring professional sign-off are signed by persons holding the relevant building licences.

We work remotely, and we travel to work on site when the project tasks require it or at the client’s request.
How is coordination paid?
Coordination is paid on an hourly basis.
