Video: what is volumetric modular construction?

In the first video on our channel, Pavlo Borysovets explains what volumetric modular construction is, how it works and why it is becoming a mainstream way to build housing.

Key points

• Volumetric modules are built and finished in a factory, then transported and assembled on site

• Main advantages: fast installation and energy efficiency

• Our experience: about 10,000 sq ft (≈ 930 m²) of modular homes delivered from Poland to Germany

• Families moved into ready-to-live homes in 2.5 months
